The picnic car park will be first come first served with limited space and will be charged at £5.00 per car, you will still need to purchase admission tickets for all adults in the car. You may on this event bring your own food, drink, alcohol, picnic furniture, barbeque and small gazebo. Food must be consumed within the picnic area you may access this area on foot also. This is predominately a Race Day with a family friendly atmosphere. We will have a Face Painter and Glitter Artist available free of charge on a first come first served basis, there will be a small selection of ' Billy Bates' Fairground rides available free of charge first come first served basis.

Please be aware that we are now cashless on all bar and food outlets accepting only debit or credit cards. Please be assured that turnstiles and betting facilities will continue to accept cash for the time being. For those customers who either forget their cards or do not possess a debit card or credit card, we have special vouchers within the main office where you will be able to exchange your cash for vouchers and should you not spend your vouchers on the day you will be able to exchange them back for cash before you leave (up to 30 minutes after the last race), or use them on a future meeting. Today this outlet is situated at the Main Office.
