On this event there are no Concession Tickets available, all Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied at all times and will require a full price ticket. We will open at midday, the first race will be at 2.46pm and the last at 5.35pm. The Best Dressed competition will follow at approximately 5.45pm, Go West approximately 6.15pm and Heather Small approximately 7.00pm until 8.15pm. The site will close at 8.30pm. Please be aware that we are now cashless on all bar and food outlets accepting only debit or credit cards. Please be assured that turnstiles and betting facilities will continue to accept cash for the time being. For those customers who either forget their cards or do not possess a debit card or credit card, we have special vouchers within the main office where you will be able to exchange your cash for vouchers and should you not spend your vouchers on the day you will be able to exchange them back for cash before you leave (up to 30 minutes before we close), or use them on a future meeting. On this day the outlet will be situated in the Main Office.
WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY REGARDING ILLEGAL DRUGS AND FOR YOUR SAFETY AND WELLBEING PASSIVE DRUG DETECTION DOGS WILL BE ON SITE AND WORKING ON THIS FIXTURE, ANYONE CAUGHT WITH ANY ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY OR EJECTED FROM THE VENUE, PLEASE ALSO NOTE FOOD OR DRINK CANNOT BE BROUGHT INTO THE RACECOURSE AND BAGS WILL BE SEARCHED AS STANDARD.
